Kindergarten Registration for 2013-14 School Year
Mark these set times on your calender to register your Kindergarten student.  And once again, there will be a physician on site to perform the required Kindergarten Physical at no cost to you.  Registation times are as follows:
@ Sardinia:  Friday, April 19th and April 26th 
@ Russellville:  Wednesday, April 17th and Thursday, April 18th.  Read on to see what to bring and the times the physician will be available for the phycial exams.
 
Immunization Requirements and Local Health Dept. Info
All students must be up-to-date on their needed shots to attend school.  Attention Parents of incoming 7th graders:  Late Clinic for the Tdap @ Health Dept. April 16th from 1p-7p.  Read on for more details, including Health Department contact information, hours, and costs. 
 
Vision & Hearing Screenings
Certain grades are screened every year.  However, any student can be screened upon request.  Please read on for the details.
 
Medication Administration Information
If your student has to take medication during the school day, there are certain forms that must be completed.
 
Concussions
